This program includes:
RMR Testing: RMR stands for Resting Metabolic Rate, and is synonymous with Resting Energy Expenditure or REE. In order to know where you want to be, you must know where you START!
Micronutrient Testing: You will meet with my partner Dr. Alexandra Reimann, a naturopathic physician, who will write you a Lab request for Micronutrient Testing. This test provides vitamin, mineral, and antioxidant deficiencies if there are any present. University research shows that 50% of people taking multivitamins are still nutritionally deficient.
Custom Meal Plan for 60 Days: Based of your desired goals, a custom meal plan is designed to support the results of RMR and Micronutrient Testing.
(8) One Hour Nutrition Coaching Sessions: During your 60 Minute Weekly coaching session, we will identify the nutritional and fitness areas that are the most challenging for you as well as any minor/major health concerns or diagnoses that need immediate attention. Along with healthy habit & meal plan tracking.
You will be sent home with a nutritional analysis, candida questionnaire and medical history questionnaires.
Over the next eight weeks, we will meet for a one hour weekly nutrition coaching session. This is to incorporate all of the new lifestyle habits and behaviors you have committed to as well as review weekly meal plans.
